QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The ISO 9001:2015 standard outlines an approach based on the documentation and control processes of the structure, responsibilities, and procedures required to achieve a satisfactory level of quality management within an organization. To maintain certification, it is important to establish, maintain, and improve the organization’s structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes, and resources so that BService-Eng consistently meets quality requirements.
AEROSPACE QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The EN 9100:2018 standard builds upon the foundation of ISO 9001:2015, adding specific requirements tailored to the aerospace, defense, and space industries. It emphasizes a rigorous approach to quality management, focusing on risk-based thinking, product safety, and traceability across all processes. To maintain this certification, BService-Eng is committed to continuously enhancing its organizational structure, responsibilities, and procedures, as well as its processes and resources, ensuring compliance with the sector’s stringent demands. This dedication allows the company to consistently deliver high-quality products and services while meeting customer and regulatory expectations in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
AUTOMOTIVE ASSESSMENT
BService-Eng has completed an evaluation of the Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX). This standard provides the European car industry with a coherent and standardised approach to information security systems.
BService-Eng comply with the TISAX standard with Evaluation Objective “Information with High Protection Needs” and Assessment Level 2. The result is only available to users registered via the ENX portal.

BService-Eng considers it appropriate and necessary to adopt a Code of Ethics which expresses the values to which all those who have entered into a relationship of any kind with our Company must conform, by accepting responsibilities, roles and rules.
The BService-Eng Code of Ethics also aims to prevent any situation that might present a conflict of interest. These include, but are not limited to, assessing potential conflicts of interest that may arise from employee relationships, governmental relationships, financial interests and other positions held.
The knowledge and observance of the Code of Ethics by all those who work for BService-Eng are therefore essential in maintaining transparency and upholding reputation of our Company.
The company contributes to environmental sustainability through a Management System that ensures control of aspects and monitoring of environmental performance, compliance with applicable regulations, and implementation of projects and initiatives to increase efficiency and for continuous improvement.
These General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and Services outline the framework governing the contractual relationship between BService-Eng (the Purchaser Company) and its Suppliers. They establish the rights and obligations of the Parties, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including Legislative Decree 36/2023, and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
By accepting these conditions, the Supplier agrees to adhere to the terms set forth herein, which serve as the sole governing terms unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. The General Terms and Conditions aim to provide clarity, consistency, and legal validity throughout the contractual engagement.
